Monday: Volume and Surface Area of Prisms, Pyramids, Cones, & Cylinders
LT: Students will find the volume of a prisms, pyramids, cones, and cylinder.
- Jeopardy “Volume and Surface Area”
- Students will find the volume and surface area of 3-dimensional solids through a Jeopardy game.
- Students will complete a review sheet on finding the volume of pyramids and cones
Tuesday: Assessment Review Day
LT: Students will review the learning targets for this week’s assessment.
- How did the students do on the practice worksheet about volume of pyramids and cones?
- Station Rotation
- Students will be placed in small groups and rotate through several stations with activities dealing with all the learning targets for tomorrow’s assessment.
